Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Note: We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
If you don't see tracking updates for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at upskateco@gmail.com
Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If we are not notified of the product issues within the 14 day window after the customer received it, we are not liable for replacing the damaged items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sometimes, carriers mark packages as "Delivered" when they are still in transit. If you don’t receive your package within 4 business days of the carrier's "Delivered" status, check your delivery area and contact your delivery carrier.
Important: Upskate Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "Delivered." If you believe your package is still in transit, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
